Russian veteran of mixed martial arts Alexander Emelianenko shared his thoughts on the prospects of the WBC and IBF light heavyweight boxing champion Arthur Beterbiev.
“Beterbiev has long proved his high level as a boxer. I would like to see him fight with someone really eminent, with a big name in the boxing world. A victory over such a boxer would bring him to the first lines and give him international recognition. I heard that the Boxing Federation was discussing the Beterbiev vs. [Saul Alvarez] Canelo fight. That would be really cool," Emelianenko said.
