Froch on Beterbiev's chances against Canelo

Former world champion Carl Froch believes the WBC and IBF light heavyweight titleholder Artur Beterbiev there will be good chances of beating the undisputed world champion in the super middleweight division Saul Alvarez if they ever enter the ring.

“When Canelo rose to light heavyweight, he wisely chose an opponent in the person of Sergei Kovalev, who was approaching the final stage of his career. However, Artur Beterbiev has a good chance of beating Canelo in a very cool fight. I don't think it will be a one-sided fight as Beterbiev is a powerful light heavyweight. He's number one in this division and is a real threat,” Froch told Sky Sports.
