Tim Tszyu (19-0, 15 KOs) and Takeshi Inoue (17-1-1, 10 KOs) made the light middleweight limit at the official weigh-in in Sydney, Australia. The son of the legendary Kostya Tszyu may meet Tony Harrison (28-3-1, 21 KOs) in case of victory.
Tszyu was 153¼, Inoue was slightly heavier - 153½.
“The opponent is somewhat similar to the WBO champion Brian Castano. So this will be a good test before even bigger battles. I respect his achievements, but I must admit that I would like to knock him out by the end of the sixth round. And then I'll think about Harrison,” Tszyu said.
