Khabilov vs. Koreshkov fight is cancelled

Russian mixed martial arts fighter Rustam Khabilov will not be able to fight Andrei Koreshkov due to health issues, which was scheduled to take place on October 23 at Bellator 269 in Moscow.

"Yes, we have notified Bellator that I will not be able to fight. It's not kovid, I had a fever all week. And when I came out, I started getting weak right away. If I started to fight at 10-15kg there could have been complications. That's why we decided health was more important," Khabilov said.

Bellator 269 tournament will be headlined by the fight of Fedor Emelianenko and Timothy Johnson.
