So far according to unofficial information, WBC heavyweight champion Tyson Fury (30-0-1, 21 KOs) may forgo his third fight with Deontay Wilder (42-1-1, 41 KOs), whom he toppled from the throne last February, due to injury. Fury-Wilder III is scheduled for Oct. 9 in Las Vegas, but is currently in question.

Fury is tentatively rumored to have back problems that could be caused by injury or from working with heavy weights.

Originally, Fury's fight against Wilder III was scheduled for July 24, but "The Gypsy King" allegedly picked up COVID-19 and the bout was postponed. Wilder had already disputed the Brit's version, claiming that Fury had no coronavirus, and he turned down the fight because he wasn't ready for that date.
