UFC welterweight champion Kamaru Usman talked about his attitude towards religion.
"I am a born Muslim and I respect religion very much, but go without food during Ramadan is almost impossible for me. I train two or three times a day, it is a very hard workout. So I can't do it, but I try to pray during Ramadan. I should say that my father also goes without food for me. And training at night and flipping my whole regimen... I'm not alone. I have sparring partners, coaches, I can't make them sleep during the day and work at night," Usman said.
Usman is scheduled for a rematch with Colby Covington on November 6. The fight will take place in New York, as part of UFC 268.
