Bookmakers named the favorite in Emelianenko vs Johnson fight

Legendary Russian heavyweight Fedor Emelianenko has opened as the favorite in the fight against American Timothy Johnson, which will take place on October 23 at the Bellator tournament in Moscow.

Leading bookmakers offer to bet on the victory of Emelianenko at odds of 1.65. A similar figure for Johnson is 2.33.

Emelianenko hasn't fought since December 2019, when he knocked out Quinton Jackson in the first round. Johnson last fought in June, losing on points to Valentin Moldavsky in a fight for the interim title.
