Alvarez and Plant cannot agree, Alvarez vs Golovkin 3 in September?

Negotiations about a potential fight for the title of undisputed super middleweight champion between Saul Alvarez (56-1-2, 38 KOs) and Caleb Plant (21-0, 12 KOs) are going  extremely difficult. The biggest problem has arisen with FOX TV, which wants to broadcast the fight only on a pay-per-view basis, which Canelo does not agree to.

In this situation, the DAZN platform sent a request to Gennady Golovkin (41-1-1, 36 KOs) to check his possible willingness to cross gloves with Alvarez in September. If events go according to this scenario, this will be the third fight of Alvarez and Golovkin.

The first fight took place in September 2017 and ended in a draw. A year later, a rematch took place, in which the Mexican won on points. The third fight can take place in the super middleweights, where Canelo owns the WBA, WBC and WBO championship belts.
