AMC Fight Nights Global President Kamil Gadzhiev commented on the defeat of Conor McGregor in a duel with Dustin Poirier.
“This is the best outcome for Conor. Mutilation is bad, but it turns out as if he did not even lose, although formally this is so. I think he will continue to fight as long as UFC finds interesting fights for him. If Conor's fight with one of the famous fighters - for example, Ferguson - happens tomorrow, we will watch it,” the functionary said.
McGregor broke his leg and was unable to continue the fight with Poirier, losing by TKO.
