McGregor to Khabib: Don't Forget Who Made You - Straight From My Irish Eggs

Former UFC two-weight champion Conor McGregor spoke to his former rival Khabib Nurmagomedov, who today officially announced his retirement.

"Happy retirement, kid. Never forget those who came into the game and made you. Straight from my big Irish eggs. Remember guys, if you hate weight cutting so much, all you have to do is go up a notch. God bless you," Conor wrote on Instagram under the above photo from seven years ago.

In October 2018 Nurmagomedov defeated McGregor by submission in the fourth round.
