Khabib on Conor: He woke everyone up, and went to sleep himself

UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov ironically commented on the sensational defeat of the former two-division title holder Conor McGregor against Dustin Poirier. The Irishman lost by TKO in the second round.

ā€œHe woke everyone up, but he went to sleep himself,ā€ Khabib signed a photo of Conor on the floor in his Instagram.

In October 2018, Nurmagomedov defeated McGregor by submission in the fourth round.
