Harold Knight joined Dillian White's (27-2, 18 KOs) coaching staff ahead of the rematch against Alexander Povetkin (36-2-1, 25 KOs). The bout for the interim WBC heavyweight title will take place on March 6.

Previously, Knight was one of the trainers of Lennox Lewis. The cooperation between the boxer and the coach has been going on since last October. Knight also assisted Xavier Miller at Whyte's training camp in Portugal.

It is not yet known where the second battle of Povetkin and Whyte will take place. Eddie Hearn said that Gibraltar, Monaco and the Middle East are fighting for this meeting. The head of the promotional organization Matchroom Boxing does not exclude that the boxing evening will be held in a hall where spectators will sit at tables, and all invited guests will be tested for coronavirus. The event will be shown in the UK on Pay-Per-View.

The first boxing fight took place in August. The Russian knocked out the Englishman, despite the fact that he had been on the floor twice in the previous round.
