Manuel Charr calls out Andy Ruiz

Manuel Charr (31-4, 17 KOs) owns the "regular" WBA heavyweight belt despite not defending it since November 2017. Now he challenges Andy Ruiz Jr. (33-2, 22 KOs).

“Andy, I'll give you a chance to reclaim the world title. Accept my challenge and don't hide behind managers and promoters. Be a man and fight. I can even fly to America or Mexico for you,” Charr said.

“I guarantee it will be a real and tough fight,” added the WBA belt holder.

“Manuel is ready to meet anyone in the world, we can negotiate. It's time for the biggest battles and challenges,” added Erol Ceylan, Charr's promoter.
