Russian heavyweight Alexander Volkov compared his next rival, Kurtis Blades, with Khabib Nurmagomedov.
“I would not want to oppose myself to Khabib and simulate that I’m fighting against him. Stylistically, yes, for the ordinary fan it can be explained as follows: I fight against a wrestler. But Khabib often ends up with tricks, but Blades, in my opinion, doesn’t have them at all, he simply relies on pressure,” Volkov said.
Volkov vs Blades bout will take place on June 20 in Las Vegas.
