Wladimir Klitschko and Antonio Tarver may be the next two who, according to the media, want to return to the ring. Former world champions posted photos from the training gym on social media, where Evander Holyfield is trying to restore his former shape.
Holyfield, 57, is in talks to host a third bout against Mike Tyson. The duel of old rivals can take place in the fall, but only as an exhibition fight. Revenue from the event should be donated to charity.
Klitschko has not fought since April 2017. The Ukrainian several times received offers to return to the sport. The most serious and financially attractive ones came from the DAZN platform, but The Doctor Steelhammer refused.
Antonio Tarver has not performed since August 2015. The American has repeatedly expressed his desire for new challenges, but his overestimated financial demands have always been an obstacle.
