Ryan Garcia (20-0, 17 KOs) will perform in the main event of the evening. It was planned that his opponent would be the former world champion in three weight categories Jorge Linares (47-5, 29 KOs), but the Venezuelan is in his homeland and will not be able to get a visa to enter the United States.
It is still unknown who will become Garcia's opponent. The 21-year-old fighter, who owns WBC silver lightweight belt, knocked Romero Duno and Francisco Fonseca in the first rounds in his last two appearances.
