The bout between Denis Lebedev (32-2, 23 KOs) and Arsen Gulamiryan (24-0, 16 KOs) for the WBA cruiserweight belt does not take place in the nearest future. Boxers did not reach an agreement on financial terms.
The bout was about to be held in France in a few weeks, but eventually Gulamiryan will defend his title of the World Boxing Association against another opponent. Lebedev in turn returned to the position of WBA super champion. It is unknown when the Russians returns to the ring.
31-year-old Armenian, who lives in France, last boxed in October last year, beating Mark Flanagan. Lebedev did not go out into the ring since last November.
