Charlo vs Cota, Rigondeaux vs Ceja. Weigh-in results

Jermell Charlo (31-1, 15 KOs) turned out to be a little heavier than Jorge Cota (28-3, 25 KOs) at the official of weigh-in ceremony before their fight in Las Vegas. The American showed on the scale a mark of 154½, the Mexican was 154¼. Initially, Charlo was appointed a rematch with Tony Harrison for the WBC light middleweight title. However, during the preparation Harrison got injured, and the fight had to be postponed.

Also this evening, Guillermo Rigondeaux (18-1, 12 KOs) is going to return to the ring in a fight with Julio Ceja (32-3, 28 KOs). For 38-year-old "Jackal," this will be the second fight this year. In January Rigondeaux  knocked out Giovanni Delgado in the first round. Rigondeaux was 121½, Ceja was 121¾.
