Former cruiserweight champion Marco Huck (41-5-1, 28 КОs) was unable to achieve the victory in his return to the ring in the United States. 34-year-old German, who currently continues his career in the heavyweight division on Friday, May 17 met in Mashantucket, Connecticut, with Nick Guivas (14-10-3, 9 KOs).

The duel was interrupted in the first round after Huck hit the enemy after the command "stop". Violation of the rules boxer from Germany was not intentional on the opinion of the referee, and as Guivas was unable to continue the fight the meeting was stopped and declared invalid.

At the same evening George Arias (14-0, 7 KOs) scored a twelve round unanimous decision over Keith Barr (19-12-1, 8 КОs). After eight rounds the judges scored it 77-74 twice and 78-73 in favor of the 27-year-old fighter from the Dominican Republic.
