UFC heavyweight Alexander Volkov of Russia spoke about his fight against Alistair Overeem, that will lead the UFC tournament in St. Petersburg, scheduled for April 20.
“Of course, I worry before the fight with Overeem. It is strange when a person does not worry about a big event in his life. I respect Overeem very much, I've been watching him for a long time. When he debuted in MMA, I just won my first competition. I was a 11 years old kid. I will say more - I was proud of Overeem, because he was a puncher who successfully performed in MMA and kickboxing.
“What happens if Overeem applies his treshtok on me? I don’t know how to react, but I’ll definitely not jump over the cage to beat his seconds,” said Volkov.
