Abdulmanap Nurmagomedov, the father of MMA fighter Khabib Nurmagomedov, said he did not hold a grudge against Irish fighter Conor McGregor. The Irishman insulted Abdulmanap during press conferences before the battle.

“I forgive Conor Magregor, everything is in the past. It is necessary to make an analysis of everything that happened, and learn lessons. After talking with aksakals and wise countrymen, we decided to move on with other heights. I hope this is good,” wrote Abdulmanap in his instagram.

Nurmagomedov defeated McGregor in the main battle of the UFC 229 tournament. In the fourth round, the Russian held a choke hold and forced the opponent to surrender.

After the end of the fight, Nurmagomedov left the cage and jumped straight from the octagon to the representatives of the McGregor team. The Russian provoked a fight with an Irish jiu-jitsu coach. At the same time, in Octagon, several fighters from the Khabib team attacked McGregor.
