MMA veteran Alexey Oleynik of Russia shared his thoughts on his closest rival Mark Hunt, whom he will fight on September 15 at the UFC Fight Night 136 tournament in Moscow.
"Hunt is in the top two or three of my toughest rivals that could be. I was often asked about the most uncomfortable opponent in the UFC, I called Hunt every time. He is the shortest among all heavyweights, he is heavy and no one has passed at his feet over the past few years, except Brock Lesnar. Curtis Blaydes could do it, and he hardly won because of his wrestling skills.
“I've never been good at my feet. I can fight in the stance, but as it turns out - it never interested me. Hunt will have the task of not allowing me to move him to the ground, despite the fact that he is impenetrable and in the stance he feels excellent," Oleynik said.
