Usyk-Gassiev fight to be moved?

The finale of World Boxing Super Series (WBSS) in the cruiserweight division between WBC and WBO champion Oleksandr Usyk and WBA and IBF title holder Murat Gassiev will be postponed for the summer. This is reported by the official page of the organizers on Twitter.

Initially, the meeting between Usyk and Gassiev was scheduled for May 11 in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Also, options were considered with Russia as a potential place.

"Now we are finalizing the dates and arenas for our summer finals. These are large-scale battles, and we want everything to be correct," the message states.

In addition, there is no date for the super middleweight final, in which George Groves will meet Callum Smith.
