Derevianchenko to fight in New York on January 20

January 20 at Barclays Center in Brooklyn on the undercard of Errol Spence Jr.'s fight against Lamont Peterson 30-year-old Ukrainian middleweight Sergiy Derevyanchenko (11-0, 9 KOs), who is fighting from Brooklyn, New York, will have his next fight. Derevyanchenko's opponent has not been determined yet. In his last fight on August 25 Sergiy stopped Tureano Johnson in the 12th round in a battle for the title of the official challenger for the title, which is currently owned by Gennady Golovkin.

This spring Derevyanchenko may face former light middleweight champion Demetrius Andrade (25-0, 16 KOs), who climbed to middleweight division last October, and Derevyanchenko team decided to arrange him an interim bout.
