Lomachenko works on a speedbag and rides a bike at 5 a.m. (video)

World champion in the super featherweight division Vasily Lomachenko continues his preparations for the next fight which will take place on December 9 in New York against the two-time Olympic champion Cuban Guillermo Rigondeaux. In his training camp in Oxnard, California, Vasily demonstrated his skills in speedbag handling.

In preparation for the fight Lomachenko also rides a bike at 5 am.
