Berinchyk gets first title fight

Silver Olympic medalist of the Games in London Denys Berinchyk (7-0-0, 4 KOs) will hold his next fight against the Spanish boxer of Colombian origin Ignacio Mendoza (42-12-3, 26 KOs). This bout will be held on December 16 in Kiev, and WBO International lightweight title will be at stake.

Mendoza is known to Ukrainian boxing fans. The Spaniard had already entered the ring against Victor Postol (29-1, 12 KOs), losing to him via unanimous decision, and Vladimir Kravets (26-1, 15 KOs), whom he knocked out in the first round.
