Ustinov vs Charr on November 25 in Oberhausen for WBA belt?

Russian heavyweight fighting out of Minsk, Belarus, Alexander Ustinov may face former world title contender Manuel Charr on November 25 in Oberhausen, Germany, the Russian promoter Vladimir Khryunov told.

Initially Ustinov was about to face the winner of the June 3 fight for the WBA belt between American Shannon Briggs and Puerto Rican Fres Oquendo. However the WBA reported that Briggs had positive doping test in May. Later Ustinov's team held negotiations with Oquendo's representatives about the fight but were unsuccessful.

"Alexander Ustinov will fight on November 25 for the title of regular WBA champion with Manuel Charr," Khryunov said. "The fight is planned in Oberhausen."
