MMA fighter Ronda Rousey will continue career in wrestling

Former UFC champion Ronda Rousey will switch to wrestling. The debut fight of the sportswoman is scheduled for November 17 at the World Wrestling Entertainment Survivor series. The battle will be held in four to four format.

Rousey will participate in the same team with other current and former MMA fighters - Sheina Bazler, Jessamine Duke and Marina Shafir. Their rivals will be champion Charlotte Flair, Sasha Banks, Beyler and Becky Lynch.

30-year-old Rousey is former UFC bantamweight champion. She has 14 MMA fights, in which she got 12 victories and suffered two defeats. Rosie lost the last two bouts in her career - she was knocked out by Holly Holm, and then by Amanda Nunez.

Rousey also won bronze medal of the 2008 Olympics in Beijing in judo and "silver" of the World Championship in the same discipline. She also starred in several Hollywood films, in particular "The Expendables 3" and "Fast and Furious 7".

In late August Rousey married Travis Brown.
