Cyril Gan, the UFC's top heavyweight, has reacted to the words of the organization's interim featherweight champion Tom Aspinall, who previously said the Frenchman was refusing to fight him as well as Sergey Pavlovich. Gan told Aspinall that they will see each other in September.
"I never, ever turn down any challenge or opponent. Blades was never an option. They said, 'Pavlovic,' I said, 'Yes.' Don't worry, I'll see you in September," Gan wrote on his social media accounts.
In his last fight, Cyril Gan won by TKO in the second round against Sergey Spivak. As for Aspinall, he knocked out Sergey Pavlovic in his last fight already in the first round, becoming the interim UFC champion.
