Former lightweight world champion George Kambososos commented on Anthony Joshua 's win against Francis Ngannou.

"It felt good. It was great for me as a fighter and a boxer. I have a lot of love for Ngannou. He came from the UFC and he did it. I love the guys in the UFC. Absolutely, I'm close with a lot of them, but there's competition between us because we're fighters, but it's different.

So when I saw that, I thought, "Okay, stay in your sphere and we'll stay in ours." What is, is. Maybe if Joshua had stepped up to the cage, it would have been a different story, unless he delivered a right jab again. But if Ngannou had started being legs and elbows and grabbing him, it would have been a totally different story," Kambososos said on the Straight Talk podcast.

Recall that Joshua knocked out Ngannou in the second round on March 8.
