UFC lightweight champion Sean O'Malley 's mentor Tim Welch explained why he doesn't give Jamal Hill a chance in his upcoming fight with the promotion's current flyweight division titleholder Alex Pereira.

The confrontation will headline the UFC 300 event, which takes place on April 13 in Las Vegas, USA.

"Hill completely tore off his Achilles tendon, just like me, last July, which is nine months ago. My doctor told me that I would not be able to recover 100 percent in a year.

From all of this, you can surmise how well Hill has done in rehab. I'm only 19 weeks away from my doctor's allotted time, but this injury still bothers me. So I can't understand how he could have recovered in nine months? How did he spend this training camp?", the specialist stated on his YouTube channel.
