Bogachuk: "I want to become an absolute world champion"

The holder of the interim WBC light middleweight title Serhiy Bogachuk (24-1, 23 KOs) spoke in detail about the victory over Brian Mendoza (22-4, 16 KOs), and also spoke about further goals.

"Although it's been 12 rounds, I feel great. Perhaps, I can do another 12 rounds. It was easy, great feeling. I was ready for this fight. It was a very important fight in my career, probably the best fight of my professional career. Now I'm satisfied, I'm the world champion.

I want to be the best, to collect all the titles. Come on guys, I'm ready to fight the best opponents. Mendoza is a great boxer, he has a lot of experience and he's in great shape. For me it was a serious opponent," stated Bogachuk.
