Brazilian UFC newcomer Igore da Silva Severino only fought a round and a half in the promotion and was fired. At tonight's UFC On ESPN 53 event, Severino clamped his teeth into his opponent Andre Lima, after which the fight was stopped and Igor was disqualified. The organization's CEO Dana White later said the fighter was fired.

"If you're frustrated and you want to get out of a fight, there are many ways to do it, and the worst one is to bite your opponent. Now you will be fired and lose the biggest opportunity of your life. Not to mention he's going to be in serious trouble with the Nevada Athletic Commission," the functionary said.
