A rematch between Nate Diaz and Jorge Masvidal was officially announced today. The two former UFC fighters will fight for the second time under boxing rules. The confrontation will take place on June 1 at the Kia Forum Arena in Los Angeles at a limit of 79, 4 kg. The fight is scheduled for 10 rounds.

"Nate is a dead man walking. I can't wait to prove that there was no fluke last time. He was saved by the referee. Now we're boxing and he claims that's his forte, but he has no chance of beating me. I'm not giving him an inch in this ring so he can't even take a breath. If he thought our MMA fight worked out badly for him, it's going to be much worse this time," Masvidal commented on the fight announcement.
