Former UFC two-weight champion Conor McGregor has announced that he still expects to compete on June 29 during International Fight Week in Las Vegas.
"I'm still hoping for a fight on June 29. However, the lack of any movement on that has dampened my enthusiasm. I need to make a decision soon. I am the most doping-tested athlete under the new regime. But there is still no date for the fight. The game is a little loose at the moment.
I'm hoping the new cards will fall out soon and I'll get a fight date. I'll eliminate all distractions and start working hard," the Irishman wrote in X.
McGregor's next opponent is expected to be Michael Chandler.
