Former UFC middleweight champion Israel Adesanya told how he tried beer for the first time.
“My father distributed Guinness beer throughout West Africa. He transported beer by the truckload. We had a lot of stuff in the house, and one day, when I was six or seven years old, I thought, “Can I try this?” I tried it, and I didn’t like it. From that moment on, I didn’t touch alcohol until I was 18. Then I found Woodstock bourbon, drank it, and realized why that girl at the party was crying and why that guy wanted to fight with everyone. It opened my eyes to what it was like to be drunk,” Adesanya said on Theo Von podcast.
