Alvarez delivered an ultimatum to RVS and Al Haymon

Fox Deportes journalist Fernando Schwartz, citing his sources, claims that the absolute world champion in super middleweight Saul Alvarez delivered an ultimatum to the promotion company PBC and its head Al Haymon. Canelo threatens not to enter the ring on May 4 if his opponent is not Jermall Charlo.

“Alvarez doesn’t accept any other option. Canelo threatens Al Haymon and PBC that if his opponent is not Charlo, he will not fight. I quote Alvarez verbatim: “If it’s not Jermall, then there won’t be a fight in May,” writes Schwartz.
