Alex Pereira, the UFC light heavyweight champion, can fight two fights in three weeks. Just yesterday it became known that Alex will fight Jamal Hill in the main event of UFC 300. And in just three weeks, the Brazilian could head UFC 301, which will take place in Rio de Janeiro.

“They asked me about this because I always said that I wanted to do the second defense as quickly as possible. Now that the cards are so close, I have a good opportunity to do this. If everything goes well at UFC 300 and without injuries, the likelihood of this happening is very high,” EssentiallySports quotes the fighter.

Let us remind you that UFC 300 will take place on the night of April 14 in Las Vegas.
