Sean Strickland, the former UFC middleweight champion, named the condition under which he would fight with Jake Paul.
“I actually talked to Hunter Campbell and told him, ‘I’m going to fight him. “You let Conor McGregor fight Floyd Mayweather, and it’s an easy fight, easy money — can I do that?” Hunter explained to me: “He doesn’t sell fights. When he has a fight, he gives away tickets without making money. His target audience is children who don’t buy pay-per-view. This makes me a little sad. I was expecting a big payday for the fight with this man, which looked pretty simple. But, unfortunately, Jake Paul is only a star among children. He'll have to get the adults' attention and then maybe we'll fight...” Strickland said.
