Coach O'Malley made a prediction for the Volkanovski-Topuria fight

Mentor of the UFC Bantamweight Champion Shauna O'Malley Tim Welch shared his forecast for the upcoming fight between the belt holder in the featherweight division Alexander Volkanovski And Ilia Topuria .

Their confrontation will headline the UFC 298 tournament, which will take place on February 18 in Anaheim, USA.

“I would like to see which fighters Topuria spar with. We saw how well Volkanovski did his footwork against Holloway. He constantly kicks his legs, and Topuria has a very wide boxing stance. Iliya is very strong as a counter-puncher, so he has a chance to catch Volkanovski. But if I have to choose, I’ll choose Alex to win,” Welch said on The MMA Hour.
