Adesanya reacts to Du Plessis' win at UFC 297

Former UFC middleweight champion Israel Adesanya commented on the victory Dricus Du Plessis over Sean Strickland. Izzy expressed confidence that sooner or later he will have a chance to fight with the organization’s new champion in his weight division, Du Plessis.

“This part of my story was written a long time ago. Our paths are destined to cross again. Stay tuned for the next episodes, thanks for watching. We are writing history,” Adesanya said.

Let us remember that Du Plessis beat Strickland by split decision in the main fight of UFC 297.
