Du Plessis makes a statement ahead of the fight with Strickland

Dricus Du Plessis, a contender for the UFC middleweight championship belt, spoke about the upcoming fight against Sean Strickland, the current champion of the organization in this weight.

“I hope that our press conference before the fight will be civilized. I'm no longer in the trash talk zone. Now I'm in the fight zone. “I’m here to win a world title, not to make jokes,” Du Plessis said.

Let us remind you that the fight between Du Plessis and Strickland will take place on the night of January 21 and will headline UFC 297.
