“Time will tell, but I’m definitely ready for a title shot. I'm really happy about the win over Thompson. This was a very important fight for me, my team and my country. I did great preparation, but I had to be patient. I think I took the first round. I was in no hurry to finish it right away, but in the end I managed to do it,” Thompson said at a press conference.
