Rakhmonov on Thompson: “The opponent didn’t surprise me at all”

Shavkat Rakhmonov commented on his victory over Stephen Thompson.

“The opponent didn’t surprise me with anything. Wonderboy breathes well and keeps his distance well. I was just doing my job. I just needed to win. I could, of course, work in a stand-up position, but what works best is what I should do. You have to win smart so you can fight longer.”
