WBA light heavyweight titleholder Hilberto Ramirez said he sees Oleksandr Usyk as the favorite in the fight for the world heavyweight title against Tyson Fury.
"I'm going to pick Usik. I like Usik, I like the way he moves and everything else. I think he can win this fight.
Will Fury's size play a role in this fight? I don't know. But I like Usik's style. Alexander needs to keep moving and getting closer, because Fury is big, tall and works well from distance. I think it's an interesting fight," said Ramirez in an interview with YouTube channel Pro Boxing Fans.
Recall that the fight Usik vs. Fury will take place on May 18 in the capital of Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
WBA light heavyweight champion Hilberto Ramirez shared his prediction for the upcoming welterweight all-belt bout between Artur Beterbiev and Dmitry Bivol, scheduled for June 1 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
"I'm picking Bivol. For me, he's the favorite. I believe he will be able to avoid Beterbiev's power for all 12 rounds. I don't think Artur has faced an opponent like Bivol. I'm not belittling Beterbiev in any way, but I like Bivol. I like the way he moves and everything else. I think Bivol can win by decision," Ramirez said in an interview with Fight Hype YouTube channel.
WBA light heavyweight titleholder Hilberto Ramirez shared his thoughts on the upcoming fight of absolute world champion in the second middleweight division Saul Alvarez vs Jaime Munguia.
"It's an interesting fight. For me, it has a 50/50 chance in it because Munguia will have a chance that night, the opportunity of a lifetime to become the absolute world champion. Canelo needs to work hard to stay the absolute champion and beat him.
Who would I put my money on? I don't like betting. I don't like betting, and that's a good thing. As a fan I want to see this fight," Ramirez said in an interview with YouTube channel Fight Hype.
Recall that the Alvarez vs. Munguia fight will take place on May 4 in Las Vegas.
