Top-ranked UFC lightweight Arman Tsarukyan says he wants to pursue boxing a few years after walking away from the promotion.

Arman Tsarukyan says he expects to make a move into boxing in the later stages of his combat sports career, with the UFC lightweight contender already looking beyond his time in the Octagon.

"I want to do boxing, maybe in 5–6 years, when I’m done with the UFC, after I break all the records. I have no issues with Dana White. We have a good relationship."

Tsarukyan had previously said he wants to become the face of the UFC and win a championship in the promotion.
