Masvidal believes Chimaev lost to Usman

Former UFC welterweight title contender Jorge Masvidal shared his opinion about Khamzat Chimaev, the promotion's middleweight champion.

“Chimaev... He looked great in the fight with du Plessis, but I don’t think he’s that good, to be honest. Look at the fight with Usman, Usman—a welterweight, took the fight on 11-days' notice.

I thought Chimaev lost that fight. He won the first round, lost the second and third, where he didn’t execute that many takedowns. He didn’t land more strikes. I am convinced that Usman won,” Masvidal said on the Death Row MMA podcast.
