The fight between Chimaev and Imavov is not scheduled due to Khamzat's injury

Nassurdin Imavov, the second-ranked UFC middleweight, explained why his fight with the current division champion, Khamzat Chimaev, has not yet been scheduled.

"No final news yet, the contract is not signed. UFC wanted to schedule the fight for December, then for February, but Khamzat got injured. We recently spoke with Mick Maynard, and they want this fight to happen, but nothing is confirmed yet. I know my next fight should be for the title and no other," said the French fighter in an interview with MMA Fighting.
