Arman Tsarukyan, the number one contender in the UFC lightweight ranking, commented on Justin Gaethje's victory over Paddy Pimblett.

"This is what happens when you are given opportunities and artificially promoted up the ranking—a completely undeserved title shot for Paddy. Congratulations to Justin. He showed true character, and unlike others, he will step up and accept a fight with me. Respect!" the fighter wrote on social media.
