Dvalishvili was offered a bout with Tsarukyan

Merab Dvalishvili stated that he received an offer for a grappling bout with Arman Tsarukyan

“I was told that Arman's opponent withdrew, and there were only a few days left... They asked me if I would agree to fight Arman in Armenia, I accepted the challenge and said that he has no chance of defeating me.

The next day I came to training, but my nose started bleeding again, so I didn’t take the bout. Either way, agreeing to this in three days would have been a gangster decision.”
